1-day Latent Cause Analysis:

This 8 hour class will change your attitude towards “failure” and its causes. It will challenge you to change the way you think. You will leave with a new lens on life and understand the techniques of Latent Cause Analysis.

Attendees will understand how to perform a Latent Cause Analysis on a small incident and be ready to participate as a team member on a larger event. Learn a very practical approach to investigating any problem and discover the true cause of our problems: Latency. Most importantly, they will recognize the value of the following questions:

"What is about the way WE ARE and the way I AM that contributes to our problems and what am I willing to do about it?"

After deposit transaction we will contact you to schedule a date and location for your seminar. The minimum basis for the fee is twelve (12).
