Training Reservation Deposits (4-Day & 1-Day Programs)
When you pay a reservation deposit for the 4-Day Latent Cause Experience™ or 1-Day Latent Cause Analysis™:

The deposit is fully creditable toward your final training invoice.

The deposit is non-refundable once paid, except in the following cases:

Failsafe Network cancels the engagement, or

We are unable to agree on mutually acceptable dates within 12 months of the reservation (we will work with you in good faith to find suitable dates or discuss alternatives).

You may request to reschedule or transfer your reservation to new dates at any time before the training begins. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes.
If Failsafe Network Cancels or Cannot Deliver
You will receive a full refund of any amounts paid (including the reservation deposit) within 7 business days.
Balance Payments & Final Invoices
Once dates and attendance are confirmed, you will receive a detailed proposal and final invoice. The reservation deposit will be applied in full. The remaining balance is due prior to the training date unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
General Cancellations (Physical Goods or Other Items)
If you purchase any physical goods (such as workbooks or materials), you may cancel the order within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are returned in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please email info@failsafe-network.com to initiate a return.
