On-site training
is the best way to jump-start a Root Cause Analysis
initiative at your site. On-site training allows you to
assemble a CROSS-SECTION of an organization to help make the
point that learning from things that go wrong is for everyone!
Actually "on-site" training is a bit of a misnomer. Most of
Failsafe's training is accomplished at hotels or
conference centers close to a client's site. This helps
attendees know that management is taking the subject seriously by
allowing their employees to pay full attention to the subject in a
close but remote location.
Class sizes of 20-40 people are most
desirable, and a minimum of 15 attendees must be guaranteed to
help assure necessary interaction.

both to help increase class size to the desirable range of 25-30,
and to bring a fresh
