Live Webinars
are scheduled sessions that bring people from around the
world together in an interactive environment. Live
Webinars run from 2 to 4 hours, and address Root Cause
Analysis topics where dialogue and feedback is
necessary. Because they address specialized needs and only require
up to 4 hours of training, they are the perfect alternative to
on-site training when budgets are tight.
You will need a computer, an internet connection, and
a separate phone line to access to these Webinars. PowerPoint
slides will be shown over the internet connection, and the
instructors live voice will be heard by all attendees over a normal
telephone line. Attendees will
be expected to ask and answer questions.
After purchasing a particular webinar, you will be shortly sent
a registration e-mail with logon instructions for the day of the
Webinar. You will also be given a link to download the presentation
handouts, and other essential information.
