The ROOTS™ Stakeholder
Meeting can be one of the most significant events
you'll ever experience. If you do it "by the
book," it can literally be a life-changing event.
This 2-day course is designed for Principal Investigators
that have already been trained in the ROOTS™ process and
would like to have additional training on the application of
the process to a real life situation. This course will walk
you through the ROOTS™ process from the initial phone call
through the entire stakeholder meeting. The majority of the
time is spent participating in a mock stakeholder meeting.
Participants will also have the opportunity to practice
leading a small group through the
Situation–Filter–Outcome model, the backbone of
Failsafe's way of "helping people see themselves as part
of their problems." People leaving this course
will have had the opportunity to see a stakeholder
meeting done “by the book” and also have hands on
experience of leading a group through the S-F-O.
