A monthly, web-based meeting intended to emulate the
function of a local MOTHER-SOURCE. |

Open to any government or corporate employee desiring to help champion
an LCA effort within their organization.
This will NOT be a seminar or training
session.
Instead, it will be
a "meeting of equals,"
with Failsafe facilitating but you setting the
course.
To help you promote and advance LCA efforts within your
organization by tapping into the experience of one
another. |

Failsafe
will go into this endeavor with a planned agenda.
If the planned agenda does not work, we'll change it
month to month.
The agenda will have to be "rolling," where you can
come or go each month, depending on your
availability and interest.
In general, the agenda will always address the
following:

Promoting and
advancing the cause, where WE will define the
cause
-
Continually improving the ROOTS process
- Help
or guidance (from any and all participants)
- What
are we (the OMS) doing that needs to be shared
(made more public) with others?
We will use GoToMeeting, so
that attendees can share anything on their computer
(if desired). There will be a live,
graphical map generated of all our
discussions, viewable by all participants as the
meeting progresses.
At the end of each meeting,
minutes will be generated and placed on the Failsafe
website.
This will not be a lecture series
by Failsafe or its affiliates. This is to be a
forum where we are all equals,
trying to help one another so that we can each help
the various people we encounter lives to learn the
most from things that go wrong.
Competing consultants are not
invited. |

vent
your frustrations so that we might all think about
how to deal with them.

scheduling,
promotion,
moderation,
and

will all be performed by Failsafe (minutes will be
published and made available via the Failsafe

Mother-Source-Central. Who knows, maybe we can do
something BIG.

When:
The initial plan is to have monthly, 2-hour web-based
GoToMeetings, sponsored and moderated by Failsafe.
Where:
At your computer.
Who:
Whoever wants to be a CHAMPION, and
as many as you can fit into your office. Note that
you do not have to be present every month. You can
come and go each month as desired. We have a way
for you to catch-up if you miss sessions.
