Root Cause Analysis Stakeholder Meeting Agenda Slides

Although the entire stakeholder meeting process takes about 8 hours, it is important to break-up the 8 hours into 3 segments.  This will will keep the stakeholders focused and help the facilitator keep control of the meetings.  It is IMPERATIVE to have an agenda for this meetings, and to stick RIGIDLY to the agenda.  The following slides are available in PowerPoint format for you to use in each of the stakeholder meetings. It is best to post these agendas on the wall so that you can refer to them as needed to keep people on track.
