C. Robert Nelms: "I am trying my best to find
people to work with that have the integrity,
background, and investigative potential to help Failsafe’s
clients learn from things that go wrong.

What is a
Mother-Source? |
|
It is a
specially
chosen group of people, both trained and having a passion for
learning from things that go wrong (root cause analysis), who are
committed and available to nurture
and cultivate the root cause seed of interest THROUGHOUT an
organization.
Since 1985, Failsafe has
been insisting on the need for this nurturing entity,
available at each site,
tied together across all sites, to
help drive a root cause mentality into an organization.
Without this nurturing entity, the IDEA of ingraining a root cause
mentality within every member of an organization will never mature.
Just like infant human beings, infant ideas die unless they are
nurtured.

Interested in
becoming a Licensed Affiliate? |
|
All of Failsafe's affiliates are "hand-picked,"
which means that we have to know you -- personally. If this
is the case, and:
-
If you think you have the
passion for revealing truth, integrity, background, and
investigative potential to help organizations learn
from things that go wrong
-
if you think you can embrace
Failsafe's methods, and be a promoter and encourager of them
-
Are an independent business
person, and not a corporate employee
Send me an email and let me know your desire.
There are no promises, but we'll
talk. C. Robert Nelms |

Why does Failsafe have Licensed
Affiliates?
To help you when you don't have the resource to do it yourself,
OR when you need an objective, unbiased viewpoint.
Since 1985, Failsafe has been insisting on the need for organizations to
have dedicated groups of people focused on learning from things that
go wrong. Without these kinds of groups, most people get sucked onto
the "Merry-Go-Round" without even knowing it -- until disaster strikes in one
form or another.
Failsafe calls these dedicated groups of people a Mother-Source,
because they must nurture the idea of "learning from things that go
wrong."
Unfortunately, however, most organizations do not have this resource.
They think they are already stretched too thin.
Failsafe's Licensed Affiliates are poised to fill this essential gap until
you can justify a group of your own.
Failsafe's
Licensed Affiliates are available to be your Mother-Source by:
Providing the constant focus that you might not be able to provide.
Advising and consulting with you to help you ingrain a latent
cause mentality throughout your organization.
Leading your Maxi and Midi-RCA's.
Leading your Stakeholder Meetings
Coaching and training your people to do
Mini-RCA's.
Being a central resource to confidentially
accumulate
all your RCA LATENCY findings, and help you
DO SOMETHING about it!
Imagine tapping into this kind of resource!

Consider partnering-up with one of
Failsafe's Licensed Affiliates. |
