The Stakeholder meeting is the most critical part of the ROOTS investigative process.  This meeting is where significant personal change can occur.  The following slides are available in PowerPoint format for you to use to prepare your stakeholders for their meeting.  As you present these slides, please remember that the stakeholders will expect YOU to tell THEM the causes and recommended fixes of their problems.  But if you follow the ROOTS process, you will NOT do that.  This meeting will be a chance for you to dramatically alter the way the stakeholders see things (and therefore change the way they ARE) IF you allow THEM to come to their own conclusions.  Most importantly, it is imperative that each stakeholder tries to see themselves as part of the problem (after having received all the evidence).
